Francis Scott Key Bridge Rescue Assist

Narrative:
Baltimore's Francis Scott Key Bridge has collapsed, and you are to assist in the rescue effort. Pick up rescue personnel and equipment at Baltimore Intl (KBWI)
and transport them to the accident site. At the site, pick up personnel and transport them to Essex Skypark (W48) where you will pick up additional equipment and bring it back to the site.
Return to Baltimore Intl (KBWI) to complete the charter.

The pilot was cleared for the ILS approach at MYF. Subsequently, the pilot reported that he was on a missed approach because he could not see the runway and requested another approach.
He also advised ATC that he was running low on fuel. The airplane then maneuvered northwest of the airport, where the pilot reported that he was out of fuel before radar and communication contact
were lost.
