I have really bad ideas, but it seems like the whidbey island postal tour has more flight numbers than flights.

anyone else confirm this.

Hah, I think you're right Mark.  I count 34 flights and 35 numbers I think.  If you choose to fly that set, just continue consecutive numbering until the last flight and disregard the last extra flight number.  I'll look at correcting that in the near future.
